We collect that information by phone or in person, where it is protected under our clinical record-keeping policies.
How we use it
We use the information you submit only to respond to your request: to call or email you about care, to coordinate a referral, or to consider your application for employment. Form submissions are delivered to our office by email through a transactional email provider and are not used for marketing lists.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. The website is hosted by Vercel, form messages are delivered through Resend, and the map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps. These providers process data only to deliver their service. We may disclose information when required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set tracking cookies of its own. Embedded services such as Google Maps may set cookies according to their own privacy policies.
Security and retention
This site is served over HTTPS. Form messages are retained only as long as needed to respond to you or to meet our record-keeping obligations, and job applications are kept in accordance with employment law.
